Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made after our team has arrived at the designated location may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service charge.
